So… I did a thing. I decided to homeschool my son this year. And before you picture me color-coding lesson plans and building a chicken coop, hear me out - this decision came straight from my heart.
Every child thrives differently, and over the summer, we realized that our youngest really needed something more individualized… more one-on-one. As a former teacher, I saw the signs - he was starting to slip through the cracks. And when he asked to be homeschooled, I just couldn’t say no.
But as I started researching curriculums and joining homeschool communities, something really stood out - so many moms want to homeschool but feel like they can’t afford to. They want to be home, but they still need to help provide.
And that’s when it hit me - what I’ve built with digital products on Etsy is exactly what so many of these families are searching for. A way to teach their kids, be present, and still contribute financially - without sacrificing their sanity.
